After thoroughly cleaning the cabinet, I gave it a quick sanding before applying 2 coats of Zinsser BIN shellac primer and 3 coats of Sherwin Williams Cabinet & Furniture satin paint. I used a high-quality wallpaper on the inside walls and added a battery-operated light to the ceiling. I installed a wood-stained floor using 2 coats of Behr water-based wood effects stain with 3 coats of Behr water-based polyurethane satin clear coat. I finished it off by attaching the cleaned White Clad emblem and a new pet bed.
